In this course, the students will study marriage and divorce in Islamic law. etc.
This course will enable students to understand the fundamentals of Marriage through Qur’an and Sunnah

In this course, students will study the Types of marriages and divorce, Khul’u(a woman asking to free herself from her husband), Woman in Iddah(a woman in her waiting period), and Polygamy(Marrying more than one wife) and its ruling in Islamic Law.
