Summary of the course objective.
Through this course, the students will study the fundamental issues of Islamic law Fiqh Al Faraa’id ( Inheritance) and its rulings, disposal of one’s property in good health and during sickness, how to write a Will and its importance before one’s death, inheritance of spouses, how to write a bequest and how much is allowed according to Allah(SWT) all from Qur’an and Sunnah.
